1) Can I order product on line?
Online ordering (mail order of any kind) is not available at this time. Our flyers are
for reference only.
2) Can I make a Convenience Card payment at the store?
United Missouri Bank maintains our credit card, so the payment never actually
come to us. Making a payment in our stores just slows down the process, so we don't
accept payments.
3) What is the age for Sr. Citizen discounts?
Customers 55 years and older are eligible for senior citizen discounts.
4) Does my child have to be with me to get his/her 4-H/FFA discount?
We strongly urge the child to be with his or her parent when they make their
purchases and to show their project card.
5) I am a vendor, who can I contact to set up an appointment?
We are always glad to hear from prospective vendor partners. Please direct all

6) Is Orscheln Farm & Home a franchise?
No, Orscheln Farm & Home is a family owned company. Interested in having a store
in your town? Please e-mail our customer service department. We'll see that the Real
Estate department gets the info.
7) How can I find out if an item is exempt from farm tax?
Send your e-mail request to fhcustomerservice@orscheln.com and we will get you a
copy of your states tax regulations.
